John D. Boyd Artist Development and Production Workshop

The Boyd Group for Creative Solutions is a charity based in Cody, Wyoming that brings creative innovators, artists and strategic planners together for the purpose of using their collective genius to find solutions to human challenges. One such challenge humanity faces is how to offer hope to young people who feel, at times, hopeless as it relates to their future. More specifically, we are certain that by educating young people to share their constructive ideas, they can contribute to making the world a better place through creative expression, design and innovation.
Taking place March 15-19, 2023, emerging artists registered for the Workshop will attend educational and developmental sessions led by some of the brightest minds in entertainment, concluding with a finale that will feature each of the artists and their unique talents as singers, songwriters, musicians, rappers and producers. This premier workshop will support the development of a new Hip-Hop Soul band and collective patterned after the excellent and respected musical group, The Roots. Funding for the Project will be provided by tax deductible donations to the Boyd Group for Creative Solutions and by VIP ticket sales to the band’s first private showcase on Sunday, March 19, 2023.
The new collective featured at the showcase will include London “ Nova” Bryant, Akilah Nehanda, Joseph Vaughns, Kaamil Wazeer McNeil, Anthony Boyd, Tevin Keeton, Diontaye Thompson, Benaiah Brutus and others.
Your tax deductible donation will assist the organization in its noble efforts to bring about positive change locally, nationally and internationally.
